Air Busan Expands "One-Stop Service" for Simultaneous Flight Booking and Travel Insurance Enrollment
Convenience Enhanced, More Choices for Customers
100,000 Subscribers in Two Years
Air Busan (CEO Jung Byungseop) has significantly simplified the process for purchasing travel insurance.
Starting this month, the company has launched a "one-stop service" that allows customers to purchase insurance at the same time as booking their flight tickets.
Since August 2023, Air Busan has provided travel insurance services through its website and mobile app. Previously, customers had to purchase insurance through a separate pop-up window after completing their ticket payment. With this update, customers can now purchase insurance directly during the additional services selection stage of the flight booking process.
The travel insurance covers actual medical expenses for injuries and illnesses, as well as damage to personal belongings. Depending on the premium, customers can choose from three plans: Value, Standard, and Premium. Even after payment, insurance can be purchased through the reservation inquiry page or on the travel insurance page within the partner products category.
