KOSME held the English camp from August 5 to 7 at four training centers located in Gyeonggi, Gwangju, Gyeongnam, and Gyeongbuk. The camp was open to approximately 200 elementary school children whose parents are members of the Performance Reward Deduction (Naeil Chaeum and Preferential Savings) program. For training centers with high demand during the application process, a second session will be held for three days and two nights starting August 12.

The three-day, two-night camp was led by native English-speaking instructors and featured a diverse curriculum including culture, science, art, and physical education. Participating students had the opportunity to reduce their fear of communicating with native speakers through games and activities, while also boosting their motivation and sense of achievement in learning English.

One elementary school student who participated in the camp shared, "I was worried at first, but after performing in a talent show in English and doing team activities with friends, I started to find English fun."

The English camp is one of the educational and welfare programs offered to members of the Performance Reward Deduction (Naeil Chaeum and Preferential Savings) program. KOSME provides a variety of educational and welfare benefits for long-term employees of small and medium-sized enterprises, including customized corporate training vouchers, comprehensive health checkups, and rural experience retreats in collaboration with Korea Rural Community Corporation.

Cho Hankyo, Director of Human Resources Development at KOSME, stated, "I hope this camp will help the children of Performance Reward Deduction members develop a global mindset and greater confidence," adding, "We will continue to develop a variety of deduction products and strengthen welfare benefits to help narrow the welfare gap between large companies and SMEs and to boost the morale of long-term employees."
