View original imageThe 'Goryeodong Historic Site' is located at 53 Mogok 2-gil, Sanin-myeon, Haman County, Gyeongnam. After the fall of the Goryeo Dynasty, Yi Oh, a former Sungkyunkwan scholar, established this village as a place of seclusion in order to uphold his loyalty.
His descendants have preserved this tradition for over 600 years, and features such as the Jamidan altar, protected Crape Myrtle trees, and old stone walls remain intact, making the site highly valuable from a historical perspective.
