World Travel on Long-Term Installments from 40,000 Won per Month... SK Stoa Launches Cruise Package
'Neulgyeotae Miri Cruise' in the 5 Million Won Range
120 Installment Payments Available... Monthly Payment of 49,500 Won
Advance Departure After 15 Payments... Post-Trip Installments Possible
First Broadcast Achieves Transaction Volume of Approximately 10 Billion Won
On August 5, SK Stoa announced the launch of the 'Neulgyeotae Miri Cruise' product, targeting consumers who want to enjoy world travel at more reasonable prices.
This product features a cruise package in the 5 million won range, structured with long-term installment payments to alleviate the financial burden for customers. The monthly payment is 49,500 won (total amount 5.94 million won, based on 120 installments), and it includes all additional costs such as round-trip airfare, ship fare, fuel surcharges, taxes, shore excursion costs without a guide, and overseas travel insurance. By using this product, customers can travel around the world on luxury cruise ships, including destinations such as the Mediterranean, Alaska, Northern Europe, the Arabian Sea, and Southeast Asia.
Setting the monthly payment in the 40,000 won range is an attempt to appeal to customers accustomed to rental-type consumption patterns. If customers make advance payments for the first 15 installments, they can depart five months after signing the contract. After enjoying the trip, the remaining balance can be paid in installments over the contract period.
With this structure, the first broadcast on July 20 recorded a transaction amount of approximately 10 billion won, and within just one hour of the broadcast, there were about 6,000 customer inquiries, indicating a strong response.
The travel uses luxury cruise ships such as 'Royal Caribbean International,' 'MSC Cruises,' and 'Costa Cruises.' These ships are equipped with children's playrooms and educational facilities, as well as various performances and shopping amenities. SK Stoa plans to introduce this product during the broadcast at 7:31 a.m. on August 6 and to schedule regular broadcasts two to three times a month.
