Signing of MOU for System Establishment and Operation
HD Hyundai is introducing a rewards system linked with Naver Pay to establish a new organizational culture.
On July 29, HD Hyundai announced that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the establishment and operation of the 'HD Core Value Practice Pay' system at the HD Hyundai Global R&D Center in Pangyo, Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, with Kim Sungjun, CEO of HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering, and Park Sangjin, CEO of Naver Pay, in attendance.

View original imageThe 'HD Core Value Practice Pay' is an internal rewards system that provides 'Practice Points' and 'Respect Points' to employees who embody the four core values of HD Hyundai. These points can be immediately converted into Naver Pay points and used at a variety of online and offline affiliated stores. HD Hyundai expects this system to enhance employees' understanding and willingness to practice the core values and to contribute to the spread of the company culture.
Previously, in 2022, HD Hyundai established its four core values to mark its 50th anniversary: innovation that leads the world, fearless challenge, respect for one another, and safety for all. The new rewards system will be introduced first in August at five affiliates?HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering, HD Hyundai Heavy Industries, HD Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries, HD Hyundai Mipo Dockyard, and HD Hyundai Electric?and will be expanded to all group companies by 2026.
