Four Busan Public Institutions Launch Youth Director Exchange Group 'Springboard'

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (President Kim Kyunghwan) announced on July 29 that it has launched the 'Busan Public Institution Youth Director Exchange and Cooperation Group (Springboard)' in collaboration with Busan-based public institutions including the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation, Korea Southern Power, and Korea Ocean Business Corporation.
Springboard aims to promote exchange and cooperation among youth directors with the following objectives: creating a sustainable and happy workplace, strengthening socially responsible management, sharing innovative achievements among institutions, and discovering and spreading organizational culture improvement initiatives.

An official from the corporation stated, "The youth directors have come together with a shared vision for organizational change and innovation," and added, "We will develop effective programs in cooperation with the participating institutions, achieve tangible results, and further develop this initiative as a model case for exchange and cooperation among public institutions."
