Air Busan Relocates to Incheon Airport Terminal 2, Significantly Enhances Passenger Convenience
Guidance to Prevent Confusion via Check-in Counters, Kiosks, Website, Social Media, SMS, and Notification Messages
Air Busan (CEO Jung Byungseop) began welcoming passengers at Terminal 2 (T2) of Incheon International Airport starting July 29, offering enhanced services.
Previously operating at Terminal 1 (T1), Air Busan is now able to provide passengers with a more comfortable environment and more convenient procedures due to this relocation.
From midnight on this day, arriving passengers began entering through T2. Passengers on the first departing flight, BX156 to Fukuoka, completed their check-in at the T2 counters (E1 to E10).
To minimize passenger confusion during the transition, Air Busan strengthened pre-arrival guidance by attaching promotional materials to check-in counters, providing information via airport kiosks, the official website, and the mobile app, promoting through social media, and sending notification messages to reserved passengers. In particular, for one month, Air Busan is also providing emergency transport vehicles for passengers arriving at T1.
