Mgen Solution Signs MOU with Nanosilican Advanced Materials for AI Disaster Safety and Nanotechnology Collaboration
On July 25, Mgen Solution announced that it had signed a strategic partnership agreement with Nanosilican Advanced Materials (hereafter referred to as Nanosilican) for AI (artificial intelligence) disaster safety systems and nanotechnology-related cooperation. Through this partnership, the company aims to target the market for next-generation fire suppression, advanced security, and safety solutions.
The two companies plan to actively pursue joint research and development, discover new business opportunities, conduct joint sales activities, and build future-oriented projects based on their core technologies.
The main points of this agreement include: ▲ Development of AI technology-based nano security and safety solutions ▲ Joint research on fire detection and suppression systems and secondary battery fire prevention technologies ▲ Collaboration on orders for AI fire protection systems for data centers and logistics centers ▲ Cooperation in the pre-sales stage, including sales, consulting, and technical support.
In particular, it is expected that the two companies will supply AI fire detection and suppression equipment for large-scale development projects currently being carried out by Nanosilican's affiliates through their collaboration.
The two companies will form a joint task force (TF) and seek practical business opportunities through regular consultative meetings. They have also agreed to actively cooperate in the fields of technology and marketing. In addition, they are keeping open the possibility of introducing an exclusive partnership model in the future.
A company representative stated, "By developing next-generation disaster safety solutions that combine advanced nanotechnology and AI, we aim to secure competitiveness in the global market," and added, "With rapidly increasing demand for AI disaster response systems, we expect the synergy of our technological strengths."
