Toss Launches '365 Annual Overseas Travel Insurance' in Partnership with Samsung Fire & Marine Direct
Only Available on the Toss Platform
One-Time Enrollment Provides One-Year Coverage
Viva Republica, the operator of Toss, announced on the 25th that it is launching the '365 Annual Overseas Travel Insurance' product in partnership with Samsung Fire & Marine Direct.
This product is exclusively available for subscription on the Toss platform. Once you sign up, you will automatically receive insurance coverage every time you travel abroad for one year.
Toss explained that this product is useful for customers who frequently travel overseas, as there is no need to enroll each time.
The insurance coverage period per trip is up to 31 days. Even if you return after the insurance period ends, you are covered up to 31 days from the departure date.
For example, if a woman in her 30s enrolls in the 'Toss Exclusive Plan,' she can receive up to 30 million won for overseas accidents and illnesses, and up to 1 million won for damage or theft of personal belongings, with a premium of about 30,000 won.
It also covers costs such as flight and baggage delays, and passport reissuance due to loss.
The entire process, from enrollment to checking coverage details, can be conveniently completed within the Toss application.
A 10% discount is offered for group subscriptions of two or more people. In addition, if you sign up through the Toss app, 10% of the premium will be returned as Toss Points.
