Grand Korea Leisure Donates 60 Million KRW for Heavy Rainfall Recovery Efforts
Donation to the GKL Social Contribution Foundation and the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association
Grand Korea Leisure (GKL) announced on the 23rd that, together with the GKL Social Contribution Foundation, it has donated 60 million KRW in relief funds to the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association to support recovery efforts following heavy rainfall.
The donation will be used to provide emergency relief supplies to residents in affected areas and to help restore residential environments. Previously, in December of last year, when a Jeju Air passenger plane accident occurred at Muan Airport, GKL and the GKL Social Contribution Foundation donated 30 million KRW in relief funds to the Korean Red Cross. In March of this year, when a large-scale wildfire broke out in the Yeongnam region, the company also donated 100 million KRW in recovery funds to the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association.
