Kakao Mobility Revamps Exclusive 'Partner Place' for Partners... Launches Participation Space
Increasing Communication Through the 'Participation Space'
On July 22, Kakao Mobility announced that it has partially revamped 'Partner Place,' an exclusive site for Kakao T service providers such as taxi, designated driver, and quick delivery partners.
The core of this update is the launch of a new 'Participation Space,' where provider partners using the site can directly vote and propose content.

The Participation Space within Partner Place first features a voting area where partners can select their opinions on various topics and view the choices of other partners. Quiz content will also be uploaded, allowing partners to learn practical information such as traffic safety and operational rules. In the suggestion section, partners can submit proposals for voting topics, content they need, or educational ideas.
Kakao Mobility plans to further enhance mutual growth through partner participation. A Partner Place representative stated, "Partners such as taxi and designated driver providers often work alone, so there are few opportunities to interact with others in the same field. Additionally, from Kakao Mobility's perspective, by strengthening communication through a channel for collecting partner feedback, we can produce tailored content and achieve more effective mutual growth. This was the reasoning behind planning the Participation Space."
