Gyeonggi Education Office Holds "Integrity and Innovation" Exchange Meeting with KEPCO on the 21st
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education has joined hands with Korea Electric Power Corporation to share the values of "integrity" and "innovation."
On the 21st, the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education announced that it held the "Gyeonggi Education Integrity Junior Board-KEPCO Innovation Expedition Exchange Meeting" with Korea Electric Power Corporation at the KEPCO Art Center.
This exchange meeting was organized to allow young employees representing the core public sector values of "integrity" and "innovation" from both organizations to come together and share their respective experiences and achievements.
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education's "Integrity Junior Board" is a communication council for integrity that was introduced last year and expanded to all regions this year. The board consists of 151 members, all public officials in their 20s and 30s with relatively short tenures, who are leading efforts to spread a culture of integrity in the education field by improving rigid organizational culture and identifying unreasonable practices.

The exchange meeting featured a variety of programs, including presentations on the operation status and best practices of each organization's youth council, presentations on organizational culture by each youth council, and the drafting and announcement of a joint blueprint declaration for integrity and organizational culture.
Starting with this exchange meeting, the two organizations agreed to pursue regular meetings and continue their partnership through joint campaigns to spread the innovative values of integrity and organizational culture improvement.
