The course covers how to use the Seoul Local Tax Internet Payment System (ETAX) and the tax payment app (STAX), the procedures for applying for electronic delivery and automatic payment, hands-on payment practice, and how to use simple payment methods. On-site, participants will receive one-on-one guidance through the entire process, from reading local tax bills to making payments, and informational booklets will also be provided.
The first session was held on July 15, and additional sessions will be held on September 11 and November 11 at the second floor of the Seonghyeon-dong Community Center and the Nangokdong Education Center (53 Nangok-ro 24ga-gil, Gwanak District).
The district is helping elderly residents avoid missing payment deadlines by providing guidance on tax payments via KakaoTalk and phone, as well as consultations linked to welfare services. In addition, a "visiting tax consultation service" is being implemented to offer customized tax information and promote various taxpayer convenience measures.
