Gijang County (Governor Jung Jongbok) will conduct a 'second half real estate agency guidance and inspection' targeting 388 local real estate agencies that have opened in the area.
This inspection is a measure to establish a fair and transparent order in real estate transactions, and on-site inspections will be carried out at all agencies.
The inspection items include: ▲compliance with required postings within the agency office ▲fulfillment of employment reporting for real estate assistants ▲preservation status of contract documents ▲violations of display and advertising regulations, among others.
The county plans to immediately guide the correction of minor violations on site, while serious violations will be subject to administrative action or referred for investigation in accordance with relevant laws.
