Oh Sehoon Expands Social Media Channels, Vows to Pursue Communication-Oriented Administration
Full-scale Operation of X and Threads Accounts
Seoul Mayor Oh Sehoon is officially launching Threads and X (formerly Twitter) accounts to expand communication channels with citizens.
According to the Seoul Metropolitan Government on July 17, Mayor Oh has decided to broaden his social media presence in order to significantly increase points of contact with citizens, going beyond existing communication channels.
Previously, on July 16, marking the third anniversary of his inauguration for the eighth popularly elected term, Mayor Oh declared the slogan "Fiercely, Everyday Revolution," expressing his commitment to making each citizen's daily life more meaningful. This expansion of communication channels is in line with that philosophy of governance.
Mayor Oh stated, "I will work even harder for each citizen's 'day,'" adding, "I will share essential policies and information for life in Seoul, as well as stories that will upgrade everyday life."
