Humelo to Provide Multilingual Dubbing for K-Content with AI Voice Technology
Joining the Global K-FAST Alliance in the Field of AI Media Technology
AI voice technology startup Humelo announced on the 17th that it has joined the 'Global K-FAST Alliance.' The Global K-FAST Alliance is a public-private partnership aimed at expanding the 'Free Ad-supported Streaming TV' (FAST) business globally. Humelo will participate in the alliance by providing AI dubbing in the AI media technology sector.
Humelo has developed FRTTS (Few-shot Real-time TTS) technology, which can clone or generate voices using only about one minute of data. Humelo's FRTTS adopts a deep neural network (DNN) model, enabling high-quality audio output and natural speech, including meaning-based phrasing. The technology supports instant speech in five languages: Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, and Spanish. Humelo also plans to add language modules for Russian, German, French, Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian.
Humelo's FRTTS is being used in a variety of fields, from voice dubbing for digital content to the establishment of AICC (AI Contact Center) systems. Currently, 27 companies?including those in the gaming, entertainment, telecommunications, broadcasting, and financial sectors?are using Humelo's FRTTS.
As a member of the Global K-FAST Alliance, Humelo plans to utilize FRTTS for K-media and content targeting overseas markets, providing local language dubbing that sounds natural to native speakers.
