Air Seoul to Move to 'Incheon Airport T2' Starting September 9
Air Seoul announced on July 17 that starting from September 9, it will welcome international passengers at Terminal 2 of Incheon International Airport.
The terminal relocation is intended to alleviate congestion at Terminal 1 and enhance passenger convenience. Air Seoul's international passengers will check in at counters E1 to E10 in Terminal 2 of Incheon Airport. Passengers arriving in Incheon will also enter the country through Terminal 2.
To minimize any confusion among passengers due to the terminal change, Air Seoul plans to significantly strengthen its guidance activities. The airline will send notifications to booked customers, and will also utilize a variety of methods such as announcements on its official website and mobile application, as well as placing informational materials at the airport.
An Air Seoul representative stated, "We expect to provide a more comfortable environment and stable services through the move to Terminal 2 at Incheon Airport," adding, "We will do our best to minimize confusion and ensure a smooth transition by working closely with Incheon Airport."
