In particular, it provides long-term, stable, and high-quality jobs to vulnerable groups in the job market and serves as a forward base for realizing the district’s core vision that 'jobs are welfare.'
In its early stage, the organization is structured around key personnel such as the CEO, head of management support, and head of business planning, and is promoting various job creation projects including cleaning public buildings, operating cafes, and developing local brands. On the 14th, it newly opened the 'Gang Gamchan Cafe Gwanak District Office Branch' on the first floor of the district office's main building and completed the recruitment of new staff. A portion of this cafe’s sales is accumulated as welfare sponsorship funds.
