Sejong Law Firm Recruits Kisoo Kim, Former Korea Fair Trade Commission Senior Advisor
Sejong Law Firm announced on July 16 that it has recruited Kisoo Kim, a former senior advisor from the Korea Fair Trade Commission, to strengthen its capabilities in the field of fair trade.
Kisoo Kim served at the Korea Fair Trade Commission for approximately 19 years. He specialized in investigative work, having worked in various case departments such as the Manufacturing Industry Surveillance Division and the Service Industry Surveillance Division within the Market Surveillance Bureau, the Business Group Division within the Competition Policy Bureau, the Distribution Transaction Division within the Business Transaction Policy Bureau, and the Competition Division, Construction Subcontract Division, and Consumer Division at the Seoul Office. He also held key positions in major departments, including the Competition Policy Division and as secretary to the Vice Chairman. Kim earned a Master of Laws degree with a specialization in Fair Trade Law from Yonsei University Law School.
By bringing on Kisoo Kim, who has extensive practical experience and expertise from his long tenure at the Fair Trade Commission, Sejong aims to enhance the capabilities of its Fair Trade Group and proactively respond to changes in fair trade policy under the Lee Jaemyung administration.
