The number of inquiries and the lack of information among residents have increased. The theme is "Implementation of the Reconstruction Fast Track, Answering Your Questions!" The event will feature an in-depth lecture on the amended law and a policy concert in the format of a talk show.
The event will begin with a pre-show busking performance by young artists called the "Kkotjari Concert," followed by a briefing on the amendments to the Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Act, and a reconstruction talk session with participation from both experts and residents. Experts in various fields, including maintenance project management, reconstruction assessment, legal affairs, and urban planning, will participate in the talk session and provide practical answers to questions that have been submitted in advance by residents.
Seocho District also held the 1st policy concert in March this year to help residents better understand the redevelopment procedures, attracting and receiving a positive response from over 300 attendees.
