Thirty veterans, selected from across the country, participated in the training and all completed the program. The training was conducted in a residential format, and applications were actively received from regions outside Busan as well.
The Veterans Support Center provides tailored employment and entrepreneurship support services for veterans who have served for five years or more, including one-on-one career counseling, job information, transition support allowances, and education and training subsidies.
A representative from the center stated, "The number of veterans seeking to enter the private security sector continues to increase," and added, "We will actively connect qualified and trained talent with companies."
The Veterans Support Centers, currently operating in 10 locations nationwide, serve as a platform connecting job-seeking veterans with companies in need of personnel.
