Gyeonggi Institute of Health and Environment Named Top Analytical Institution in Water Quality and Drinking Water for 10 Consecutive Years
The Gyeonggi-do Institute of Health and Environment has been selected as the top analytical institution in the fields of water quality and drinking water for ten consecutive years.
On July 10, the institute announced that it was recognized as the top analytical institution in the water quality and drinking water sectors after receiving a "satisfactory" evaluation in all categories at the "2025 International Proficiency Test" hosted by the Environmental Resource Associates (ERA), a globally renowned proficiency testing organization.
The International Proficiency Test evaluates analytical capabilities by having participating institutions analyze unknown samples provided by ERA and then comparing the results with those of hundreds of institutions worldwide. This year, 247 institutions from around the world participated.
