NH Nonghyup Bank Sejong Headquarters Provides "School Sports Development Fund" to Office of Education
A Total of 60 Million Won in Sponsorship Funds

View original imageOn July 8, the Sejong Headquarters of NH Nonghyup Bank delivered a "Development Fund for the Advancement of School Sports" to the Sejong City Office of Education.
The presentation ceremony was attended by Choi Gyojin, Superintendent of Sejong Education, Hong Sunok, Head of NH Nonghyup Bank Sejong Headquarters, and other relevant officials. NH Nonghyup Bank Sejong Headquarters supports student athletes belonging to school sports teams every year, helping them improve their training and competition skills. This is to make a significant contribution to nurturing outstanding sports talents representing Sejong.
This year, the bank donated a total of 60 million won to 24 schools, including Jeonui Elementary School, for student athletes who won awards at the 54th National Youth Sports Festival and for those belonging to school sports teams.
The recipient schools are Jeonui Elementary School, Jochiwon Sinbong Elementary School, Jochiwon Daedong Elementary School, Yangji Elementary School, Boram Elementary School, Chamsaem Elementary School, Duru Elementary School, Jochiwon Myeongdong Elementary School, Geumnam Elementary School, Naru Elementary School, Yeoul Elementary School, Haemil Elementary School, Jeonui Middle School, Yeonseo Middle School, Bugang Middle School, Sejong Middle School, Jochiwon Middle School, Boram Middle School, Saerom Middle School, Duru High School, Areum High School, Hansol High School, Sejong High School, and Sejong Mirae High School.
Hong Sunok, Head of NH Nonghyup Bank Sejong Headquarters, stated, "We are grateful to be able to support, even in a small way, the student athletes who represent our region so they can perform at their best. We will continue to provide unwavering support to help Sejong's student athletes grow and excel."
Superintendent Choi Gyojin said, "The interest and support from NH Nonghyup Bank Sejong Headquarters are a great source of strength for all our student athletes as they pursue their goals. The Office of Education will also do its utmost to help students realize their dreams and hopes for the future."
Meanwhile, student athletes from Sejong City who participated in the 54th National Youth Sports Festival achieved their best-ever results, winning a total of 19 medals: 3 gold, 7 silver, and 9 bronze.
