KB Kookmin Bank Minimizes Steps in Non-Face-to-Face Bancassurance Enrollment
KB Kookmin Bank announced on July 3 that it has revamped its non-face-to-face bancassurance enrollment process to enhance customer convenience.
Through this revamp, KB Kookmin Bank has simplified the enrollment process within the KB Star Banking app and upgraded the user interface (UI) to be more customer-friendly. As a result, the number of enrollment steps has been reduced from 11 to 6. The main information screens have also been rearranged to make them easier for customers to understand. This revamp will first be applied to variable insurance products and will gradually be expanded to other insurance products in the future.
A KB Kookmin Bank representative stated, "We carried out this revamp to provide convenient services to customers seeking bancassurance, in response to the changing market environment such as low interest rates and an aging population," adding, "We will continue to prioritize customer convenience and consistently improve our non-face-to-face services going forward."
