A new high-end residential complex will be supplied in the Seoul Forest area of Seongsu-dong, which has become one of Seoul's representative luxury residential districts alongside Trimage, Acro Seoul Forest, and Galleria Foret.
This is the first general sale apartment in Seoul to feature the high-end residential brand 'Othier,' and expectations are high for a fully realized complex, as both the location and the product are of high-end quality.
Othier Foret will be built in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, with three buildings ranging from three underground floors to 20 above-ground floors, and a total of 287 residential units. Of these, 88 units in eight types, with exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 104 square meters, will be offered for general sale. Eight units of the 59㎡A and 59㎡B types will be allocated through a special supply program for institutions, targeting national merit recipients, long-term service veterans, people with disabilities, and small and medium-sized enterprise workers.
The complex will officially begin its sales schedule with the opening of its model home on Friday, July 4. The special supply application will take place on Monday, July 7, followed by first-priority applications on Tuesday, July 8, and second-priority applications on Wednesday, July 9. The winners will be announced on Wednesday, July 16, and document submission will be conducted over five days from Tuesday, July 22 to Saturday, July 26. The formal contract signing period will be held for three days from Monday, July 28 to Wednesday, July 30.
Othier Foret boasts an ultra-close location just about 200 meters from Seoul Forest, which spans approximately 495,000 square meters. Residents can easily walk to a variety of cultural and leisure spaces within Seoul Forest, including walking trails, an ecological park, and a performance hall. The surrounding area is also well-equipped with lifestyle infrastructure, including the increasingly popular Atelier Street, Under Stand Avenue, Megabox, Hanyang University Hospital, and the Seongsu-dong Caf? This site is located in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seongdong-gu, adjacent to both Seoul Forest and the Han River, giving it a prime locational advantage. Ttukseom Station on Subway Line 2 and Seoul Forest Station on the Suin-Bundang Line are both within walking distance (about 20 minutes), ensuring excellent transportation accessibility. The site, which had been used as a remicon plant for about 45 years, has been temporarily used as a public cultural space since the demolition of the plant in 2022.
Othier Foret also features luxurious and practical design. The buildings are primarily oriented to the south, ensuring excellent sunlight and daylight, and the variety of layouts from 1.5-room to 4-room units caters to a wide range of demand.
