Hanam City to Lift Land Transaction Permission Zone in Gyosan District Area Starting July 1
Hanam City announced that, as the designation period for the land transaction permission zone in the Gyosan Public Housing District and surrounding areas ended on June 30, the area will be lifted from the permission zone starting July 1.

View original imageThe areas to be lifted from the designation cover a total of 18.09 square kilometers, including Deokpung-dong, Sinjang-dong, Changwoo-dong, Chungung-dong, Cheonhyeon-dong, Gyosan-dong, Hang-dong, Sangsachang-dong, and Hasachang-dong. These areas had been re-designated as land transaction permission zones by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport from December 26, 2024, to June 30, 2025.
As a result, starting July 1, property ownership or superficies rights in these areas can be transferred without requiring separate land transaction contract permission.

An official from Hanam City stated, "With this measure, the entire area of Hanam City will be lifted from the land transaction permission zone," adding, "We expect this will help protect citizens' property rights and revitalize the stagnant real estate market."
