To minimize any service disruption, the move is scheduled to take place over approximately one week, from 6 p.m. on October 2 to October 9, coinciding with the Chuseok holiday period.
During the relocation period, HIRA’s systems related to healthcare benefits?including the Healthcare Institution Business Portal, Medical Expense Claim Portal, E-Evaluation System, and Review and Assessment Information Submission System?will be unavailable. To minimize inconvenience for healthcare institutions, HIRA plans to conduct simulation drills and provide advance notifications related to the relocation.
For the Drug Utilization Review (DUR) service, HIRA has developed a minimum-interruption plan to ensure that in-hospital prescriptions and other essential functions can continue to operate even during the Chuseok holiday. The goal is to restore full operation within approximately two hours from the start of the relocation.
