Yongin City Renovates 'Kimhyuk Neighborhood Park' in Gugal-dong

Basketball Court Renovated
On July 1, Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province announced that it had refurbished the sports facilities and repaved the ground surfaces in Kimhyuk Neighborhood Park, located in Gugal-dong, Giheung-gu.

View original imageThe city invested a special adjustment grant of 500 million won in this refurbishment project, replacing the artificial turf of the aging futsal field and renovating the basketball court. In addition, five pieces of exercise equipment exclusively for seniors were newly installed in unused areas of the park.
The city also remodeled the exterior wall of the park restroom and planted a total of 237 Evergold sedges, 102 verbenas, and 263 gazanias, among other herbaceous flowers.
