LF Launches Recruitment-Linked Internship Program... "Open to Foreign Applicants"
Recruitment for Planning Buyer, Overseas Business, and Business Planning Positions
First Introduction of Foreign National Recruitment Process
On June 30, LF announced that it will begin recruiting young talent both domestically and internationally to strengthen the future competitiveness of its brands.
Under the slogan "Live Fashion, Lead Future," LF will conduct a recruitment-linked internship program for 2025.
This program goes beyond simple on-site experience and focuses on internalizing the company's philosophy and brand vision. It has been designed with an emphasis on practical skill development and the potential for integration with the organization.
Through this internship, LF plans to proactively identify promising talent with creativity and execution skills who can respond to the rapidly changing global fashion industry, and to foster them as the next generation of core growth drivers.
Interns will be recruited for three key positions: planning buyer, overseas business, and business planning. The program is structured so that participants can gain practical, job-centered experience, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time employment.
Eligible applicants are graduates of four-year universities or those scheduled to graduate by February 2026, who are available to participate in the internship from September to December. Both domestic and international candidates may apply, provided they meet the qualifications.
This internship marks the first time LF has officially opened its recruitment process to foreign nationals. By selecting talent regardless of nationality, LF aims to further strengthen its competitiveness in both domestic and overseas markets.
Applications will be accepted on the LF recruitment website from July 1 until 5:00 p.m. on July 14. After a document screening, interviews will be held in August to select the internship participants. Successful candidates will be assigned to each brand according to their areas of interest and core competencies, and will work on real-world projects for approximately four months from September to December.
During the internship, LF will offer a variety of educational programs, job-related workshops, and organizational culture experiences to provide opportunities for growth. Programs will also be offered to help participants build a sense of connection with the company. Upon completion of the internship, outstanding participants will be given the opportunity to transition to full-time employment based on a final evaluation.
