From April 19 to June 21, intensive training sessions were held every Saturday for 8 hours over a period of 10 weeks. The curriculum was designed to go beyond simple theoretical education and instead focus on practical skills that could be immediately applied in real business environments. In addition, participants completed a separate hands-on course every Wednesday for 3 hours, which covered business plan writing and overseas market report preparation.

The training curriculum was practice-oriented, utilizing the latest AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. The instructors were generative AI experts with both hands-on experience and teaching capabilities in their respective fields. They provided field-oriented education in AI-based content and marketing technologies, including text, image, video, automated marketing, and data analysis.

Lucille, an international student from France, said, "By learning how to use AI tools in the business plan writing and overseas market report preparation courses, I was able to gain confidence about my upcoming internship."

An association representative said, "Through this training program, international students have acquired practical skills to adapt to the domestic business environment," and added, "We hope that, through the upcoming two-month internship, they will grow into global talents who can contribute to Korean society and industry."

The Technology Venture Startup Association is promoting this program as part of its strategy to build the 'Seoul-type Global Youth Talent Platform.' The association plans to continue providing multifaceted support so that international students can grow into professional talents who continuously contribute to Korean society and industry.
