Current Air Busan employees served as mentors, sharing practical experience and valuable career planning information for each field, which was met with a highly positive response from participants.
'Dream Mentor' is part of an aviation workforce development initiative that Air Busan has been implementing with the Busan Metropolitan Government since 2021. The program is designed to help local youth build practical job skills for employment. In addition to 'Dream Mentor,' the initiative includes 'Dream Campus,' a job training program for university students, and 'Dream School,' a job experience program for high school students.
Air Busan is also actively fostering aviation talent by participating in the Ministry of Employment and Labor's youth internship program 'Mirae Naeil Ilgyeongheom,' having graduated 14 interns last month.
An Air Busan representative stated, "We organized this program to provide local youth who aspire to work in the aviation industry with meaningful opportunities to explore career paths," and added, "We will continue to operate a variety of educational programs to strengthen youth employment capabilities."
