Hanssem Appoints Former Trenbe CEO Jonghyun Lee as Chief Business Officer

Hanssem announced on June 25 that it has appointed Jonghyun Lee, former CEO of Trendy, as its new Chief Business Officer (CBO).
A Hanssem representative stated, "Executive Director Lee possesses unique know-how and capabilities in online business, based on his experience at platform companies," adding, "He will lead the development of new strategies for the growth of Hanssem's key businesses, such as Rehaus and home furnishing, as well as both online and offline channels."

Executive Director Lee, who joined Hanssem this month, previously worked at the global strategy consulting firm Bain & Company and at Mesh Korea, the operator of the delivery platform Vroong. In 2020, he joined the luxury goods trading platform Trenbe, where he served as Head of Operations and Head of Resale, before being promoted to Co-CEO in 2023.
