GH to Offer 33 Redevelopment Long-term Jeonse Units in Ansan... Applications Open June 30 to July 4
Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Development Corporation (GH) is now accepting applications for tenants for the Ansan Banwol Station Doosan We've The Central, a "redevelopment long-term jeonse housing" project. A total of 33 units are available, each with an exclusive area of 59 square meters, and the jeonse deposit is 155.4 million won.
Redevelopment long-term jeonse housing refers to public rental housing in which GH purchases a portion of complexes created through redevelopment projects and supplies them at a jeonse deposit set at 80% or less of the surrounding market rate. The basic lease period is two years, and tenants may reside for up to 20 years.
Eligible applicants must be adult members of a household without home ownership as of the tenant recruitment announcement date (June 20, 2025), and must meet all criteria regarding income, assets, and other requirements specified in the recruitment notice.
Applications can be submitted online through the GH subscription center from June 30 to July 4.
Priority applications, such as for households with multiple children, will be accepted on June 30. For general supply, applicants with an average monthly income at or below 70% of the standard will be accepted from July 1 to 3, and those with an income at or below 100% will be accepted on July 4.

Applicants such as senior citizens or persons with disabilities who have difficulty using online services can make a reservation and submit their applications in person on June 25 and 26.
