Gyeonggi Women's New Work Center Holds 'Women's Career Break Prevention Talk Concert' in Hwaseong on June 17
Gyeonggi Women's New Work Center and Hwaseong Women's New Work Center, both operated by the Gyeonggi Job Foundation, held a career break prevention talk concert on June 17 at Hwaseong U&AI Center under the theme "Don't Stop! NEVER STOP: Let Both Work-Life Balance and Career Truly Shine."
This event was organized to foster empathy regarding the prevention and overcoming of women's career breaks, and to provide advice and encouragement for achieving work-family balance through career redesign.
The talk concert featured a special lecture by Kim Jihye, Gil Jinhwa, and Lim Hayul, co-authors of "Women Starting Again," who shared their personal experiences with career breaks and how they overcame them. The program included author lectures, communication with the audience, and a Q&A session.
