Police Step Up Security at Israeli and Iranian Embassies Amid Military Clashes
Amid military clashes between Israel and Iran, police have stepped up security at the embassies of both countries in South Korea.
According to police on June 16, the Jongno Police Station and Yongsan Police Station in Seoul have each deployed an additional riot police unit to the Embassy of Israel and the Embassy of Iran in South Korea, as well as to the ambassadors' residences.
The Embassy of Israel is located in Seorin-dong, Jongno-gu, while the Embassy of Iran is situated in Seobinggo-dong, Yongsan-gu.
Police have also reportedly instructed riot police officers to strengthen their security posture.

A police official stated, "We have reinforced security since June 13, when Israel launched an airstrike against Iran."
