Under the slogans "Paying for Hope, Sharing Our Hearts" and "Finance That Protects Small Shops, Support That Revitalizes the Neighborhood," the campaign aimed to promote the value of regional coexistence. More than 20 BNK Busan Bank executives, including President Seongbin Bang, as well as Oh Taewon, Mayor of Buk-gu, and Shin Yongwoo, Chairman of the Residents' Autonomy Committee, participated in the event along with other local stakeholders.
The participants visited the alley commercial district, purchased daily necessities and fresh food items needed for the resident welfare programs of the Mandeok Comprehensive Social Welfare Center, and delivered these goods to the center.
They also made advance payments at six restaurants in the alley commercial district and invited local children and seniors to join them for meals on site.
This campaign is part of the coexistence finance promotion project led by the "Regional Economy Hope Center," which was newly established by BNK Financial Group on June 11. The bank plans to expand the campaign through regular and ongoing field visits in the future.
