View original imageOn June 10, at Phoenix CC (par 72, 6,361 yards) in Pyeongchang-gun, Gangwon-do, Hwang carded seven birdies and one bogey in the second round of the KLPGA Phoenix CC Dream Tour Round 7 (total prize money: 70 million won). She finished with a final score of 12-under-par 132, clinching victory by two strokes. This marks her third win of the season, following her victories at the Dream Tour Indonesia Women's Open in January and the Gunsan CC Dream Tour Round 3 in April. With the winner's prize of 10.5 million won, she firmly maintained her position at the top of the money rankings with 48,222,167 won.
Hwang Yuna is a player who competes on both the regular tour and the Dream Tour. She stated, "Although it is physically demanding, I am sharpening my competitive edge by experiencing various situations on the regular tour," and added, "Since I have achieved my previous goal of three wins this season, I will set a new goal going forward."

Park Yeji and Park Seohyun finished tied for second at 10-under-par 134, while Kim Minsol, Jung Jihyun, and Cho Eunchae shared fourth place at 9-under-par 135. An Jaehee, winner of the Gunsan CC Dream Tour Round 6, finished tied for 27th at 4-under-par 140.
