The program, which ran for two months starting in March, was attended by about 30 enrolled students. Participants engaged in one-on-one in-depth counseling sessions with professional consultants, covering topics such as self-understanding, job preparation, career selection, and action planning. They also created workbooks outlining their career goals and specific plans. At the awards ceremony, scholarships ranging from 300,000 won for the top prize to 150,000 won for other awardees were given based on the evaluation of the workbooks.
Kim Yeonwoo, a first-year student in the Department of Urban Planning, said, "Through creating the workbook, I was able to make my previously vague career goals more concrete, and I gained the confidence to pursue greater goals and achievements."
An Minju, head of the Dongshin University Career Plus Center, stated, "We will actively support students so that they can make career decisions through customized counseling and confidently achieve their employment goals."
