Approximately 30 people attended the ceremony, including representatives from the labor union, headquarters directors, and department and center heads. During the event, the institution's president and the labor union representative read a joint declaration, emphasizing the importance of ethical management based on fairness, honesty, and responsibility.
Both labor and management pledged together to uphold integrity by prohibiting the acceptance of undue benefits, ensuring fair business practices, and managing information transparently. They reaffirmed their commitment for all employees to fulfill their social responsibilities and for the organization to become a trusted institution within the local community and among its clients.
Seo Kyuseok, President of Chungnam TP, stated, "Integrity and ethics are the foundation for the institution's sustainable growth and trust," adding, "Through ethical management practices jointly pursued by labor and management, we will contribute to regional innovation and development."
The labor union representative also pledged, "Labor and management will take the lead together in practicing integrity, and we will do our utmost to foster a transparent and trustworthy organizational culture."
