Degenerative arthritis is one of the leading causes of knee pain in the elderly, and early diagnosis and management are crucial for this condition.
During the lecture, orthopedic specialist Heo Giseong will systematically and clearly explain the following: symptoms and causes of degenerative arthritis, diagnostic methods, non-surgical and surgical treatment options, as well as daily management and prevention strategies.
After the lecture, there will be a Q&A session where attendees can communicate directly with the specialist, providing an opportunity to address any questions related to knee health.
Choi Changhwa, Director of Busan Bumin Hospital, stated, "Degenerative arthritis is not simply a result of aging; with early diagnosis and consistent management, it is possible to improve quality of life. I hope this health class will help local residents promote knee health and develop preventive habits."
