Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency Excels in Regional Industry Customized Workforce Training... Receives Top S Grade from Ministry of Employment and Labor
The "Regional Industry Customized Workforce Training Project" operated by the Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency received the highest S grade in the performance evaluation of the "2024 National Human Resources Development Consortium Industry Customized" joint training center regional industry customized field, hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.
The National Human Resources Development Consortium Industry Customized Joint Training Center is a vocational competency development training project operated by the Ministry of Employment and Labor since 2001, with the goal of fostering specialized personnel for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

View original imageThe Regional Industry Customized Workforce Training Project operated by the agency is a vocational competency development program aimed at employees of SMEs, designed to cultivate specialized technical talent and enhance job skills required by local companies. The program is supported by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and Gyeonggi-do, and over the past three years, 2,218 SME employees have completed the training.
This achievement marks the first time the S (highest) grade has been awarded since the launch of the Regional Industry Customized Workforce Training Project in 2015, officially recognizing the continuous improvement of the training courses and the operational performance of the program.
