View original imageIn an official statement released on this day, MBN said, "At around 11:40 p.m. on June 3, during a live broadcast showing President-elect Lee Jae Myung and his spouse greeting citizens, a reporter from MBN's video news department accidentally pushed Kim Hye Kyung. MBN has conveyed its apology to the presidential office."
MBN added, "The presidential office said, 'We understand that it was a tense situation, but please be especially careful during future coverage.' MBN will strengthen safety training for close-up filming of key figures and will take this opportunity to revise its video coverage guidelines."
