Dongjak-gu Sangdo 15 District Redevelopment for 3,204-Unit Complex Gains Rapid Momentum
Project Executor Designated
Expectations Rise for Premium 'Forest-Side' Residential Complex
On June 5, Dongjak-gu District in Seoul officially designated Daesin Asset Trust Co., Ltd. as the project executor for the Sangdo 15 District housing redevelopment project. This achievement comes just two months after the district was designated as a rapid integrated planning maintenance area by the Seoul Metropolitan Government in April.
The Sangdo 15 District redevelopment project involves the construction of a large-scale apartment complex with a maximum of 35 floors, 33 buildings, and a total of 3,204 units on a 141,286-square-meter site located at 279 Sangdo-dong. Centered around Guksabong, the area will be transformed into a premium residential complex featuring a 'forest-side' location, terrace houses, and arcade-style commercial facilities. The potential for views of the Han River is also attracting attention.
The district office stated that, upon reviewing the documents, the project executor met all legal qualifications, project execution capabilities, and consent requirements from both landowners and land area. With the designation of the project executor, the redevelopment project is expected to accelerate further.
