The Department of Real Estate at the Graduate School of Business, Sangmyung University will begin accepting applications for new students in the master's program for the 2025 fall semester starting on June 27. Classes are scheduled to start in early September.
The Real Estate Department at Sangmyung University offers a differentiated curriculum based on 18 years of expertise and field-oriented education, covering a wide range of subjects from Pungsu-Jiri (Korean geomancy) and Myeongrihak (Four Pillars of Destiny) to real estate proptech, auction rights analysis, redevelopment and reconstruction, commercial district analysis, and housing management. The program focuses not only on delivering knowledge but also on developing skills that can be immediately applied in the field.
The department operates integrated master's and doctoral programs with the same practical faculty, offers interdisciplinary courses, a four-semester Saturday full-day class system, a 30% tuition scholarship for the master's program, and an active alumni network. This structure makes it easier for master's graduates to pursue doctoral studies.
