Daishin Securities Seeks Customer Feedback... Recruiting for 2025 Daishin Friends Panel

50 Participants to Be Selected
Daishin Securities announced on May 29 that it is recruiting participants for its customer panel, "2025 Daishin Friends," until June 23 to improve its financial services.
"2025 Daishin Friends" is an online panel program that gathers customer feedback for the development of customer-centric financial products and services. The recruitment period runs until June 23, and 50 participants will be selected.
Selected panel members will participate for approximately five months, from July to November. During this period, they will complete online assignments on various topics and propose ideas to improve financial services offered by Daishin Securities. Activity fees will be provided based on the completion of assignments and participation level.
Anyone with experience in financial transactions can apply to join the customer panel. Applicants can download the application form from the Daishin Securities website and submit it via email. Final participants will be individually notified on June 26.
Shin Myeongjae, Head of the Financial Consumer Protection Department, stated, "Since 2019, Daishin Friends has been Daishin Securities' customer participation program for communicating with customers. This year, we will make even greater efforts to reflect more customer opinions in order to enhance financial consumer protection and improve customer satisfaction."
