Chairman Lee Yoonsang of Gadukdo New Airport Construction Corporation Joins Relay Campaign to Raise Awareness of Population Issues
Lee Yoonsang, Chairman of the Gadukdo New Airport Construction Corporation, participated in the "Relay Campaign to Raise Awareness of Population Issues" on May 29.
This campaign is organized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea Human Resources Development Institute for Health and Welfare, with the government, public institutions, and local governments taking part in a relay format. The slogan is "A Korea where children are happy, young people nurture hope, and the elderly find fulfillment."
Chairman Lee stated, "Gadukdo New Airport is a core project for balanced national development." He added, "It will provide quality jobs for young people in the Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam region and help alleviate the concentration of the population in the Seoul metropolitan area by improving living conditions." He also said, "As a public institution, we will take responsible action to address population issues."
