SRT Paper Ticket Design Fully Revamped: "Bigger and More Intuitive"
Improved Readability
SR, the operator of the Suseo High-Speed Railway (SRT), announced on May 28 that it will introduce a newly redesigned SRT paper ticket featuring an easy-to-read design.
The new ticket, which will be implemented starting today, is characterized by significantly improved readability and intuitiveness to better meet the needs of passengers. The font size has been increased and color contrast has been enhanced to improve visibility. Key information such as departure and arrival stations, train number, and seat number is now placed at the top of the ticket for quick and easy reference.
The redesign was carried out after conducting a survey of passengers and collecting feedback from internal staff. SR explained, "We have improved our service so that customers can truly experience the enhanced intuitiveness of the ticket information layout."
