Former Prime Minister Han and former Minister Lee were summoned and have been under investigation since 10 a.m.
All three individuals are suspects on charges of insurrection, and they attended a Cabinet meeting held ahead of the proclamation of the December 3 Martial Law.
The police confirmed discrepancies between the CCTV footage from inside the Cabinet meeting room and the corridor of the presidential office, which they obtained from the Presidential Security Service, and the statements given.
