View original imageHeo Eunah, former leader of the Reform New Party who declared her support for Democratic Party presidential candidate Lee Jae Myung, analyzed that a single candidacy between Reform New Party presidential candidate Lee Junseok and People Power Party presidential candidate Kim Moonsoo would be achieved just before early voting. She argued that they would refer to the unification model between former President Yoon Suk Yeol and Representative Ahn Cheolsoo during the 20th presidential election.
On the 23rd, appearing on 'Kim Eo Jun's Humility Is Hard', former leader Heo Eunah said, "I think the unification will likely take place around May 28, following the Ahn Cheolsoo model. I think number 4 will appear on the ballot," making her prediction clear.
She continued, "I've been watching Lee Junseok, and if he really doesn't want to do something, he shows no reaction at all. I've been requesting a debate for months, but he hasn't responded and has used a strategy of ignoring me," adding, "Holding such a press conference is a way to make news and is very effective, so I think the second reason is that he doesn't intend to reject unification."
She also said, "There was talk about Representative Ahn Cheolsoo as well, and I think they are becoming similar. Representative Ahn also achieved unification six days before the presidential election, right before early voting, during the 20th presidential election. That was the start of the ban on publishing poll results," she added.
Heo Eunah repeated the same argument on BBS Radio's 'Shin Inkyu's Morning Journal.' She said, "I watched Lee Junseok's press conference yesterday. Although he denied unification, it didn't sound like he was saying 'absolutely not.' Since he has changed his words many times before, it is difficult to trust what he says," she claimed.

Meanwhile, Lee Junseok, the Reform New Party presidential candidate, stated at an emergency press conference the previous day that there would be no unification. He said, "In this presidential election, I, Lee Junseok, and the Reform New Party will win to the end in the name of Lee Junseok and the Reform New Party," and added, "On the ballot you receive, you will clearly see candidate number 4, Lee Junseok of the Reform New Party."
