Gwangju University to Host Company Visits on May 30 with Scholarship Opportunities
Gwangju University Career Plus Center announced on May 21 that it will organize company visits to Witches Co., Ltd. and DK Co., Ltd. on May 30 to explore local businesses.
The company visit program will be held for 30 participants, including current students and graduates of Gwangju University, as well as local youth. The program is designed to help participants gain a deeper understanding of local companies by visiting them in person, listening to company introductions, learning about recruitment processes, and experiencing actual job duties on site.
Current students who wish to participate can apply via the Nuri system through Hosim Darak, while graduates and local youth can register by calling the designated contact person. All participants will be provided with lunch and snacks, and current students will receive three points toward the on-campus Hosim Challenge scholarship.
Shin Chunwoo, professor in the Department of Accounting and Taxation and head of the Career Plus Center, stated, "We will expand company matching programs so that participants can visit leading companies in the Gwangju area, deepen their understanding of these companies, and find employment and settle in the Gwangju region."
